A couple of weeks ago, a nearby farm store had a MagTech .22lr semiauto rifle on sale. I haven't shot 22's since I was a kid (too many years...don't ask!). I decided to get it. Took it to the range and it out to be a nice little gun. Shot and grouped real well out to 100yds.
Does anyone know anything about the parent company, MagTech Ammunition Company, Madison Ct?? I suspect this is an imported (but assembled in the US) rifle. Possibly Brazillian?
Incidently, after shooting nothing but Marlin 1894's; Ruger .300wm and AR-15's, I fired my first shot and didn't even know it had fired! I checked for a missfire immediately
After that, it really was fun! Several hundred rounds and it didn't put a dent in my wallet!!
