Indiana gun laws

While checking out the paper I saw a single shot long gun that I've been looking for. Problem is I live in Kentucky while it's in a shop across the river in Indiana. While looking at their laws it seemed to address only handguns and assault guns. Does anyone know the law concerning the sales of longguns to non residents? Do I need to ship it to a KY FLL or can I drive across the bridge and pick it up.:confused:

You can buy a long gun from a FFL from a bordering state. You can walk in a fill out the paperwork and go home without issue.

Here is the Indiana law, it's pretty straight forward:
IC 35-47-5-6
(b) Any resident of Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, or Illinois:
(1) who is eighteen (18) years of age or older; and
(2) who is not prohibited by the laws of Indiana, his domicile, or the United States from obtaining, possessing, or using a firearm;
may purchase or obtain a rifle, shotgun, or ammunition for a rifle or a shotgun in Indiana.
(c) Any transaction under this section is subject to the provisions of the Gun Control Act of 1968 (82 Stat. 1213, 18 U.S.C. 0.922(B)(3)).
