Recently I had to send my Carbon-15 rifle in for some warranty service. I
started by emailing their tech support about my issue and check if it is
covered by their warranty. Turn around time for email was a few hours.
Their tech support mentioned that it is covered and to call customer
service for RMA. I called customer service and got RMA and shipping
label within a hour.
Then the best part: I mailed my rifle to them on Wednesday and got it
back fixed the next Wednesday. I called Tuesday to check on it and
got the answer that it was already on its way back. I'm impressed with
the speed.
I have only had to deal with Kahr, Bushmaster (this is first time), and
Rock River Arms, Beretta customer service so far, and Bushmaster
come in first, followed closely by Beretta... then after a very wide
gap, followed by Kahr and RRA is the absolute last.
