Impressive Bushmaster service

Recently I had to send my Carbon-15 rifle in for some warranty service. I
started by emailing their tech support about my issue and check if it is
covered by their warranty. Turn around time for email was a few hours.

Their tech support mentioned that it is covered and to call customer
service for RMA. I called customer service and got RMA and shipping
label within a hour.

Then the best part: I mailed my rifle to them on Wednesday and got it
back fixed the next Wednesday. I called Tuesday to check on it and
got the answer that it was already on its way back. I'm impressed with
the speed.

I have only had to deal with Kahr, Bushmaster (this is first time), and
Rock River Arms, Beretta customer service so far, and Bushmaster
come in first, followed closely by Beretta... then after a very wide
gap, followed by Kahr and RRA is the absolute last.

bushmaster is top notch. i sent my M4 in for a canted sight block. they installed a new barrel and got it back to me in a week and a half.

my brother has a howa. the rear scope base mounting point on the receiver was milled crooked so any scope you mounted was way, way off on windage. he sent it to their contract company that does the repair work. after 3 months, they sent it back to him saying there was no problem, but he got it back with a broken stock.

in howa's defense, he contacted them directly and they indeed confirmed the receiver was milled improperly and sent him a new rifle.
