I own one and it is a fine rifle. It is very reliable and averages about 2.5-3" at 100 with Portuguese surplus.
The only complaint I had was the muzzlebrake. It actually increased felt recoil. I drilled a few more holes in it and it is fine now. I am told they no longer use that brake.
It's a great rifle. Mostly IMBEL parts.
