Hey guy's, I went to a big gun show today out here in Colorado Springs, CO. I was pretty impressed with the number and types of guns for sale, everything was there. There were also some damn good deals to be had on ammo. I ended up buying 250 rounds of 180 grain FMJ 40 ammo for 35 bucks, that was a deal.
I also found a 3rd magazine for my MIL-PRO 40 for 35 bucks, since these are hard to find, I snapped that up as well. I spent $75 in about 10 minutes. My dad came really close to trading for a Kahr 9mm subcompact, but decided against it in the end.
I found the gun prices to be very competitive as well. They had Springfield Mil-Spec 1911's for $549, CZ's from $375-$400, Ruger's were running $350-$400, Taurus auto's were anywhere from $300-$375. Just about every make and model pistol was available today. I even found a Sig 226 9mm new in box for $549!. All in all, it was great gun show, huge selection, and a great day browsing guns and accessories.
