I like Remingtons when they WORK right....

Distance: 100 Yards, 5 shot group
Ammo: Federal Gold Medal 168 gr. Sierra Matchking
Gun: Lets call her the "Mighty Mutt"... I will not be using the term, tactical, sniper, operator, police or mall ninja to describe this conglomeration of parts.. All of these are heavily abused on these forums. Basically, she's a Remington 700 in .308 winchester, with 26" Heavy Barrel with target crown, trigger job, lugs lapped, fluted firing pin, high energy firing pin spring, tool steel cocking piece, HS precision stock...
Scope: Leupold MARK AR 6-18x40mm AO with Mil Dot reticle.. Warne Permanent Attach Steel Rings, Leupold Mark IV 1 piece base.

The pieces that make up this gun are from long before they were bought by their current clueless owners... Damn wind, this gun will be a one ragged whole shooter without the freaking crosswind!!!

And the reason I'm saying any of this..
