Yes, it's true. I was one of a select few that celibrated "Buy a Gun to piss off Koffi Annan day" way to early. Like about a month!!! I bought Makarov #7 on June 9th. Today, I redeemed myself. I put an FEG PA-63 on layaway. I should be able to pick it up next week!!!
I ordered my PA-63 (J&G) just prior to 'confound the UN day' & expect to pick it up this week. Will compare notes on how it stacks up to my Mak Bulgie shortly thereafter.
