How to take apart a Browning Buckmark magazine?

Until recently I never did more than wipe down the magazines for my Buckmark, but recently I have had some issues of Failure to Feed with one of my mags. The first round will fire, but the gun will not feed in the next round. It appears that this has something to do with the mag, since it only has happened with one of my two magazines. Looking at the two side by side I can't see any difference or damage, so I thought maybe if I disassemble and clean the magazine the problem would resolve, but I don't see any way to take the magazine apart. Any suggestions?

The 1/4" dia pin on the one side will line up with a hole towards the bottom of the spring travel. The pin will then lift out of the magazine. You may have to use a tool to pry it out.

You can always clean the mags and pistol the way I do. Get a can of SYNTHETIC SAFE spray gun cleaner, spray the crap out of it, and then blow it all out with air. No real need to disassemble either the pistol or the mags.
