Took me three weeks several months ago(mid insanity).
I had one a few years ago that was voluntarily surrendered b/c I was leaving the country and I think that may have expedited the problem.
I applied last year, and my application took about a month to go through. Never had a C&R before, most places I read seemed to indicate a 1 month turn around to be normal.
