How easy or difficult is it to change a '98 Mauser to 416 Taylor or 458 Win?

Glamdring, on the ones I've done in .416 Taylor there are no specific problems just the routine ones of converting to the magnum round. Bolt face, feed rails etc. I'd be happy to give you a quote on the job. If you like, e-mail me with a list of what you want done. George

My next project. Only thing to add is you might have to file out (lengthen) the guard/mag assy. at the rear by a little.
