I have a Marlin 336 in .35. I haven't used it much since buying my .30-06. I might have to get it back out and try the new this new ammo.

From what I can see, .35Remington is the big winner. Not only do you get the more aerodynamic projectile, but you also get a hefty muzzle velocity increase. Looks like Hornady's using their Light Magnum technology for loading this round.

The others don't improve as much. Next best improvement is the 30-30 where you get about a 100fps (IIRC) bump in velocity with better aerodynamics.

As I recall, the other two chamberings don't really provide any velocity benefit over already available rounds, so you're just getting the aerodynamic boost.

Looked at the 3030 hornady ammo...

And just comparing what I normally use visually.
the 160gr Hornady has a shorter OAL versus a Win 150grPP
I am looking to get two boxes for sighting-in and hunting.

Hornady's new LeverRevolution sure looks good. I have over 400 rounds of my favorite home brew already loaded, and that load works very well on hogs and whitetails. I probably won't be buying any of the new stuff yet.
