Holster for concealed carry of XD9 service?

I currently have an Uncle Mike's IWB holster for my XD9 service. However, it is not remotely comfortable when sitting down and doesn't conceal the butt as much as I'd like. I'm a skinny guy & I don't wear baggy clothes, but my shirts are not tight either. I think I'd prefer IWB (unless they are all this uncomfortable? Otherwise, outside WB will do)

I don't want to spend a fortune, but what are my options?

I carry my XD9 service in a Cross-Breed Supertuck IWB at around 4:00. I can stand, sit, and even ride in a car without any problems (for several hours, if need be). With a good belt, you will not have any problems at all with weight distribution.

I recently got a Galco SkyOps in a trade. I carry my G23 at about 4 o'clock with it... So far I've been pretty impressed. It's comfortable enough that I often forget it's there. Regardless of what you get, a good belt is a MUST.

I use a Don Hume leather IWB for my XD45c. It's comfortable and wasn't priced too bad. I also have his pancake holster and like it too.

I have zero experience or association with the maker, bu the Barber products look very nice.

I do have loads of experience with Milt Sparks products and can wholeheartedly recommend their Versa Max II. There are many superb holster makers out there at present; however, Sparks is the maker I have experience with. Their products work very well and the people at Sparks will work with you to guide you to the holster best for carry needs.

If you want to save some money. take a look at the Kholster. I carry my 24/7 OSS(5.25 inch barrel) in one, and it is very comfortable. It is very adjustable to get the fit you want.

I recently sold my XD9 to a friend who just could not live without it along with the paddle holster by Don Hume (pic). It was for me an excellent CCW for the XD - FWIW:)
