HMF primers

anybody have experience with these? HMF small pistol primers.

i bought a box today but won't have any feed back until my bullets arrive.

Is that the brand? Only time I've ever seen that as applied to primers referred to, Heavy Metal Free primers as a descriptive term. If that's the case, I don't know anyone offering them any more as a reloading component although, PMC did for a while.

yes, that is the brand as far as i can tell from the box.

though there is a circle with a with a vertical line down the center transposed over a letter 'M'.
the box is white with green header which says "NEW HEAVY METAL FREE"
non-corrosive primers. then the circle logo and HMF in a retangle.

haven't used them yet still waiting on bullets.

p.s. i checked over the small 100ct packs and on the back it says made in russia!

The Murom brand is a new one on me. From the descriptions, sounds very similar to domestic "clean" primers such as those used by Winchester in their WinClean line or Federal, American Eagle & CCI's N/T's. I don't know what (if any) effects on load data but I've shot most of the domestic brands and other than very clean brass after shooting, I detect no differences.
