HK P7M8 Magazines - KY Imports?

KY Imports has police trade-in magazines for the HKP7M8's for $24.99 each in 90 percent condition. They told me the mag springs are good.

That seems to be a good price since most of my local dealers are asking $45/each for a new magazine.

Was that a deal?

FYI, just called KY. They say they are currently out of stock but get these mags in relatively consistently.
