Hi-power barrel

Does anybody know if the barrel in a Charles Daly Hi-Power is the same as a Browning Hi-Power barrel? I took a CD apart and the barrel looked just like the photos of a BHP barrel. The FEG I have has a unique barrel that no one makes replacements for. I would appreciate any help that I can get.

You might check with the BHP folks at www.pistolsmith.com

I'm not certain about the dimensions. I suppose a smith could fit a Bar-Sto, Storm Lake, or another barrel to a Charles Daly without many problems.
