Are TruGlo scopes any good

They are selling them for $65 so that should give you a clue. I assume they say made in China on them too so that is another clue. I know their red dots are just OK, the one on my friend's mini-14 has a whole bunch of parallax problems. For $65 though it probably is not too bad for a scope on a .22 or .223 or some other low recoil rifle.
