Henry Bolt Action .22 (kid's rifle)

I was looking at a Henry Bolt Action .22, kid's size, this weekend. It was stainless with a synthetic stock. It looked nice and robust, but there were some things I really didn't like about it:

1. bolt action was rough - perhaps the grittiest bolt I've ever felt.
2. You could see lots of casting marks - I didn't like that.
3. Polymer stock was too heavy - too thick too. A good wood stock might be better.

Maybe the action can be smoothed out, I don't know. But, if you are going to advertise "made in the USA...quality, etc." then at least make it look and feel like quality. I wanted to buy this gun, but just couldn't stand the grittiieess and casting marks.
