Henry Acu-Bolt 22

I just got a new Henry catalog in the mail today and noticed a bolt action 22 that I've never seen before. It's called a Herny Acu-Bolt and comes in .22LR/.22short or a .22 Mag or a 17HMR. It has a stainless barrel and a synthetic stock and even comes with a scope. Has anyone shot one of these and what did you think of the overall package?

I got one for my daughter (shorter version of same gun) and really like it. Quality very nice. I don't like to buy gun/scope combos.

I own the full-size AccuBolt,,,

I too wish it did not come as a scoped package,,,
The scope on mine is an adequate 4x,,,
But it's nothing to brag about.

The rifle on the the other hand is excellent,,,
It is capable of much more accuracy than I am.

One time, when the moon was right,,,
And my third eye was wide open,,,
I shot a "one ragged hole",,,
5 rounds at 100 yards.

I've never done that again,,,
But the rifle is very capable of a repeat,,,
It's by and far the most accurate .22 rifle that I own.
