Help...star M" Owners/smiths

I totally blew it. I had my grip off of my M243 Firestar Plus and bumped the safety. :eek: The lever came down and I heard a little pc of steel bouncing off of my walls in my kitchen. The spring is still there...but the little piece that retains the spring is ssssoooooo lost. Please what am I looking for? If I cant find it can some one tell me what it looks like and its dimensions are? Ill make one or try and find one.....
Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated.....god, what a duffus......Thanks and shoot well

Hello. Oh, good. I was going to take down a Star today, photograph the part, measure and send you what I had, but was concerned I might lose it! I've done the very same thing you did, but luckily saw the little thing hit the carpet!
