Help me pick a stock

I'm in the middle of a mauser/sorta scout rifle project. I'm using a long action mod. 98 in 30-06 and am looking for a stock under $200. I plan to use the Ashley scope mount. what do your expert opinions sugest?

My favorite is McMillan, but they are more than $200.

Rifles, Inc. uses High Techs on some of their $2000+ customs, I've heard good things about them and think they are around $230 or so. Check Brownells.

if you're already gonna go with the ashley scope mount, why not go whole hog and get their utility scout package with the ramline stock?

You can get just the Ramline stock (inletted for the scout scope mount)from AO Sights for $133.

Stock includes the Pachmayer Decelerator recoil pad.

I think I will go with the Ramline stock just to save the trouble of inletting a different one. I just wish they were better looking. Thanks for the help guys.
