Highly doubtful; it's what's known as a "Ruby" pistol, made during and after WW1. During WW1, the French were so desperate for handguns that they would buy almost anything, so the Spanish gunmakers started turning things like the Ruby out as fast as they could make them. 7.65mm Browning is .32 Auto.
