Help finding Redhawk sight?

Does anyone know of an on-line source for the Deep-V/gold bead
Redhawk replacement sight? I gather from Ruger's web site they
don't deal directly with non-dealers. Also, while we're on the
subject, how are the Redhawks front and rear sights removed?
I could hazard a guess (pin and plunger) but if anyone knows
the exact procedure it would be alot better than my usual sweat
and swear approach to working on guns. Thanks in advance for
any input. I did a search on the Redhawk and as usual I was
floored by the depth and breadth of experience and wisdom on
TFL.

Call Ruger, they do sell sights to us regular guys. If not, try Brownell's at http://www.brownells.com/ you may have to call brownell's, they have a huge website and it can be hard to find stuff at first.

If you don't have a manual for your Redhawk, call Ruger and get a free copy. I don't remember if the sight removal instructions are in there or not.

I bought one from Ruger for my GP100 a couple of years ago.
If memory serves, remove the front sight by depressing the pin and sliding the sight out. Rear sight you'll just be replacing the 'blade', back the windage screw all the way out and the blade should slide out (watch the spring!). Could be there's a notch that has to be negotiated with the rear, can't remember for sure.
Hope this helps!
