Haenel Pistols

A friend of mine says he has a Haenel Pistol model 28 22 cal. with a british patent number on it.

The only info I found was for a model 28 air pistol. Anyone got any information on these?

I believe these were made during the middle-late 1950's, were air powered with a piston which was cocked by pivoting the barrel and receiver downward (as in opening a single-barreled shotgun) and fired a .22 caliber pellet. At this late date I can't remember who sold them but if might have been Stoeger Arms.
