Convicted felon Katica Crippen was wearing little more than a Smith & Wesson .357-caliber revolver in the Web site photos, authorities say.
If she'd been only naked, she wouldn't be in trouble. But as a felon, Crippen is banned from possessing guns.
A federal grand jury this month indicted Crippen for being a felon in possession of a firearm, according to U.S. District Court records.
The case stems from pornographic photos of the Colorado woman, some showing the guns and the electronic ankle bracelet that monitored her movements while on parole.
Crippen, 32, was convicted of distribution of a controlled substance and theft in September 1997. The El Paso County case eventually resulted in parole for Crippen.
Last spring and summer, she was living in Englewood. After federal authorities found the photos of her on several pornographic Web sites, Arapahoe County deputies searched the Englewood home, which belongs to her boyfriend.
Officers found three rifles and seven handguns, including .45-caliber semi-automatic pistols, .357-caliber pistols and a .44 magnum revolver, according to the Nov. 2 indictment.
These are some of the same guns Crippen posed with, officials said at the time of the search.
Now Crippen is back in jail as federal officials work to get her handed over to their custody.
The new charge carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison.
