gunspot
Ktog
rec.guns

Am I missing out on any cool Forums?

This site comes up just fine for me. Maybe the server was down the last time you checked.

What is the URL for the gunspot site?

I don't know about its being an online forum per se, but the HK-L mailing list has provided me with a LOT of helpful info (might not be of much interest to you Glockies :) ).
http://www.engarde.com/~mcn/hk/ contains an archive of the mailing list discussions, and instructions on how to subscribe.

PeterM gunspot I believe is at www.gunspot.com (bookmarked)

Joefo when you go to www.gunforums.com
click on enter forums , you should then
see the catagories at gunforums.

1911
Glock
revolvers
other handguns
etc , etc...

These catagories are non-existent , they used
to be there , now they are gone. Therefore
access is impossible. They have been off-line
for months. The date at the bottom of page says 1998. Too bad!

I had an e-mail to a friend from Earl forwarded to me stating that GunForum would be back up by the end of next week. Who knows?

GunForums has been inaccessable for a couple months now. I received a response to an email enquiry in late May or early June that the site "would be up soon". I'd given up checking, but this topic prompted me to go back and try. It still says "no new posts since your last visit of June 12". I'd assumed that the new GunSpot forums site was perhaps the reorganisation of the GunForums. No?
