Have been shooting 357's in my gp 100 an it shoots well . with the lack off affordable ammo I found some win. 38 spiecal at a fair price . BUT they don't shoot a group for crap . IS this normal in 357 mag chambers ?

In theory, a .357 revolver should be slightly more accurate using .357 ammo than .38 ammo of the same bullet weight. In practice (at least in my hands), I find not much difference in accuracy from a bench rest between the two from my GP100.

In fact, mine loves 148 grain .38 spl wadcutters. And they're about the cheapest .38 ammo you can find (if you don't reload).
