My friend recently returned from a big gun show in Arizona. He picked up some .32 H&R magnum cases for me. These are for a Ruger Single Six. Anyone here have a decent "pet" load for this cartridge?

HS6 is decent for plinkers.

I worked up a load with a 100gr LSWC and WSF that shot nicely. It's uncharted territory so I won't post the powder charge.

If you want to wake up your gun, use Lil Gun.

I too like HS-6. I'm shooting Hornady 85 gr. HP

I have two loads that work very well.

2.8 gn. Red Dot, 90gr. Hornady SWC.

3.0 gn. Bullseye, 90gr. Hornady SWC.

These loads are very accurate. Great for plinking.
