How many other people out there noticed that if Gore had carried his home state (worth 11 Electoral Votes) he would have 271 Electoral Votes and the Presidency? What scares me is that he now has nothing to lose by cheating- his career is over one way or another if he loses! Think about it: how many Presidential candidates lose their own home state AND the election and have any political clout left?
