Good spotting scope for <200$

I need a good spotting scope for under 200 dollars. I need it for spotting my groups out to 200 yards. Im shooiting an AR15 and I dont have allot of money. Preferably it must come with a tri-pod. I know NOTHING about spotting scopes. Thanks foir the help guys!

The Konus 80mm can be found at that price. It comes w/ a tripod. I have one that I use for HP matches.

spotting scope

I have a celestron 80mm it has 45 degree eye piece. It doesn't come with a tripod, but is an excellent scope for the money. My freinds with Lieca and other top brands are shocked at the clarity for the money. I paid $158.00 through Adorama camera.com including free shipping. You can see 22 holes at 200 yards on a decent day.

How about burris? They have combos

for under 200 are they any good? I checked out both spotting scopes by the way thanks guys.
