Never even held an M&P - Between the Glock and the XD, I like the durability of the Glock, but for some reason the XD shoots better for me.

If they all performed about the same for you I would go with the Glock. The old standard advice of try them and see which one shoots best applies. The M&P needs more time "out there" for me to get all starry eyed about it, but looks like a great concept.
