Glock FULL AUTO?

I heard that there was a conversion kit made for the Glocks that will turn them into full-automatic guns. I also heard that they are made in South Africa, and cost about $150 USD. In addition I heard that it is LEGAL to own the kit, LEAGAL to sell the kit, but ILLEAGAL to install it. Any truths to this? And if so , could some tell me what the web address is for this?
