Glock 22 Question...

What can you tell me about this Glock?

It looks to me like a Gen 4 with possibly the rough textured frame (RTF) but I have never seen those types of serrations before. Can any Glock experts glean something from that photo?

Looks like a Gen 3 RTF model (pic). Compare to a Gen 4 (pic).

It's an RTF2 G22, one with the crescent-shaped slide serrations. It's a Gen3 which simply has a different grip texture and different slide serrations. The grip texture is like a bunch of little pyramids, some people found it to be too aggressive, others liked it quite a bit. The crescent-shaped slide serrations were only used on the early RTF2 models, they weren't very popular so Glock stopped making slides with those serrations.

It's not necessarily worth more than any other Glock, but that one looks to be in pretty good condition.

It's not worth more than other Glocks but the RTF2s with the "fish gills" are my favorite. If you don't plan on carrying it, the RTF2 is the way to go.

Something to know for those who don't, if it were a gen 4 it would say it on the slide.
