Glock 17 1st generation

I came across one in a gun shop, so please tell me are they reliable? Do they must be made before 1994, and so on. Thanks

Depending on the price, I would snatch it up in a heartbeat. 1st and 2nd gen glocks have a cult following.

They are very reliable. see if you can look inside and take some pictures of the inside and barrel.

Are you sure it's actually a first gen and not a second gen? first gens are pretty rare!

The gen 1 has no checking on the fron and back straps.

Would be really cool to pick one up!

I have a 2nd gen 2-pin Glock made around 1991. I've put many rounds through it and it still looks like new. Reliable, never breaks, but I'm not all that accurate with it either.
