Georgians and Pennsylvanians - we've CCW reciprocity now.

Just saw this press release from Ga's AG, Thurbert Baker:

The reciprocity list on the bottom of the release is a bit incomplete, as both Utah and Alaska now recognize Ga permits even w/out formal agreements.

My question is, I have a Pennsylvania CCW, but I'm a Virginia resident.

Does Georgia recognize my Pennsylvania permit? I'm pretty sure they don't recognize my Virginia permit yet.

The reciprocity laws of both states makes no distinction between residents and non-residents. Only says "licensed by such state".

As Lon said, nothing abt having to be a resident of the state whose permit you hold.
