garand value

I have a 1.8 mil Springfield Armory with correct barrel. The stock is reproduction and it has been refinished. It has assorted other parts.
Anybody have a good idea about value?

CMP sells a Springfield with their new stock for about a thousand. Service grade Springfields are $600. I would think your rifle falls somewhere in between.

i'd say between $600-$900 from what i've seen lately. Depends a lot on the condition of the barrel, what parts you actually have, if all parts are in spec, and it headspaces. The reproduction stock hurts the value as far as a collector is concerned, but just someone wanting a garand, it may actually help. I've had a couple people say they like my garand in the nice pretty reproduction stock the best out of my four, but to me I value it the least.
