Front grip strap

Wilson makes a checkered front grip strap, offered in
stainless or blued, that is a "drop-in" part for full-size,
or commander 1911's.
Does anyone make one of these to fit a Springfield Micro-Compact?
Or could I buy the one from Wilson and cut it to fit?
And how would it look, "cut-to-fit"?

You can cut to fit. It will get the job done, but it ain't going to be pretty.

Get some skateboard tape. Its a lot cheaper, very functional, and doesnt look bad at all, if looks are a worry.

Carefully done then filed and polished to blend it doesn't look to bad. It's a matter of how good you are with tools.
