Any one loading these 223 55gr Frangible Sinterfire? how well do they shoot? where do you get load data? None of my books cover them, looks like an interesting bullet. They look long for weight. might be fun for close range steel. seems like a good defensive round according to the manufacturer. any thing important to consider when loading vs normal jacketed bullet?

The SF data on Hodgdon's site is a frangible bullet. Still a jacketed bullet so they're loaded the same way.
Does pretty much the same thing a regular varmint bullet does, but without the fragments possibly coming back. They're made for shooting at steel plates.
