Flashlight for Ruger P-95

Need recommendations for attached flashlight. This is my HD bedside gun, so I don't want to skimp here. Integrated red or green laser would be nice too, but not a must.

$urefire X300. If willing to spend a bit more $$ for light+laser (red) then X400. Just picked up a X300 and it's sweeeet.

Added : Also have a Streamlight TLR-2 (light+laser) and it's GFTM*. Had a TLR-1 as well but sold along with handgun for something else. Also GFTM.

I use an nc star light. It's on amazon. It's meant for air soft I think but I use it on my p95 and it is awesome. Very bright and has a very bright center that lends itself to point shooting. I've shot with it on and the end of it screws on and off where the battery goes in and that starts to loosen up after around 50 shots. But all you have to do is twist it a little bit and it's fixed and for HD it shouldn't be an issue.
