That grip has "space" for two pressure pads- the pressure switches dont come with it-
As for lights that are compatible......there are ALOT
Just google "rail mounted lights" or "M4 lights" and that should keep you reading for hours!
I think Surefire makes some "complete" packages that include everything you are asking about

Surefire does indeed make one that's a complete system, complete with the little remote switch.

It's just a little under 300.

I have an issued one that I keep right under some dust I've been collecting near my bunk.

Foregrip

That foregrip has the capability to house a remote pressure/activation switch which you'll have to purchase separately. You'll also need to buy a light and possibly a light mount and also have handguard rails on which to mount the light and foregrip. You can make pretty much any light work with that handguard but will need to purchase the rails/light/mount/switch to make it work.
I'd suggest you go to ar15.com and look under their Lights and Lasers section to get some idea of what you're getting into and a better idea of what you want.
What are you mounting the foregrip on?
Here is a link to the same grip for $12 less if you don't mind black.
