Well, Florida issues non-resident permits, and I think Florida has reciprocity with more states than just about any other, so I'm not surprised that Florida CHLs have become so popular.

Scott brings up a really good point. I wonder how many of our permits are to nonresidents who are only getting permits from us because they cannot easily get them in their own states.

She led the NRA & 2A groups to make big changes to Florida's gun & use of force laws.
