FFL's with an Export License

Does anyone know of an FFL holder who also has a federal Export License? The license has to come from the State Department's Office of Defense Technology Control (ODTC).

Looking to dealers anywhere, but specifically the Florida area for a legitimate export.

Each export permit must be individually pulled. Info is needed on the firearm, the destination country and an end user certificate from the destination country certifying the firearm is legal for import.

I'm trying to help someone locate exporters in order to legally obtain a handgun for personal protection. Doing some of my own research, I never realized just how expensive it could be to obtain an export license for a single "non sporting" firearm.

I appreciate everyone's assistance!
