Felk MTF919 have you ever heard of this handgun

I had someone ask me about this handgun. I'd never heard of it so I googled it. I can't seem to find much of anything about it. They are asking if it's a good gun and if it's got any value. It doesn't come with a magazine and I can't find one online. The few I've seen on auction sites have sold for $450 to $650 but there isn't any for sale right now, just previously ones that have sold. Does anyone have any knowledge of the handgun and/or possibly know where a magazine can be found. A real world value would be helpful as well. Thanks, you bunch of gun gurus and better users of Google.

I've never heard of it, found this for sale ad on GunsAmerica if you want to read about it.
I don't know how long the link will hold up as it could be taken down at any moment:

https://www.gunsamerica.com/932786764/Felk-MTF919-9mm-RARE.htm

The ad indicated it's a company, "Felk Trailers Pty Ltd." from Australia and the gun, now sold, was from 1998.

Here's another gun called "American Arms Felk Industries" with a similar model number "TF919", but not much other info:

Here's more info from TFL forums:

While I don't have hands on experience with a Felk, in my mind this falls under a category " rare import / obsolete ". If the person who asked you about it is thinking in terms of just having monetary value as in part of a trade, then the following doesn't matter as much:

If someone wants to buy it to actually use it:
They are asking if it's a good gun
Then regardless of whether it's a good gun (as in reliable, accurate or what have you) or not, consider that the normal consumable parts may be difficult to get. Recoil spring, trigger spring, extractor, magazine spring, striker / hammer spring. It can be stressful hunting down parts for obsolete firearms, and makes me reluctant to shoot mine. And there goes half the fun.

EDIT - I wrote this assuming everyone involved is in the United States

It would be more if a home defense gun. It would need to be reliable but probably wouldn't get shot but a few times a year. Looks like finding a magazine is the difficult part. I did find a comment that a Glock mag could possibly be modified to work. I'm willing to send them one to modify and see if it works if they decide to get the gun.

Did a net search for the thing too. Got exactly 113 results.
Supposedly good pistols for an entry level pistol, but are no longer made. Not for over 20 years either. I'd guess, and a very WHAG it is, that Glock parts might fit.
This site has the best(only) write up about 'em. Starting with ONLY made/imported in 1998. Note the original value of a .40 cal.
