Always interested in 10mm, but never, uh, bite the bullet.

If a 10mm load will not expand consistently out of a 5" bbl 1911, just what do they expect folk to shoot it out of?

Or maybe they just want to be able to charge big bucks for the "Trophy Bonded Inconsistent Expander Bullet," since a similar-weight hard cast would be much cheaper to source.

10mm

An avg of 1200 fps plus is not bad. The fact that the slug did not expand consistently is a bit troubling, I'd want a degree of expansion from a JSP. A 10mm carbine would likely drive that slug 150-200 fps faster, it'd be interesting to see what it would do then.
