While at Cheaper Than Dirt yesterday, I was browsing the .40 S&W ammo, when I ran across dozens of white boxes labeled "Federal 165-gr EFMJ," which they were selling for just shy of $15 per 50-rd box. 
On the back of the box, though, was a label identifying it as "Factory Second - Accuracy" ammo.
I bought a couple of boxes to help break in my Walther PPS, but I wonder how inaccurate the ammo is, that they're selling it off at roughly half price?
Anyone else ever run into something like this?
Should make for interesting shooting.
