Eotech 557 on AR

well im trying to figure out which sight i want. Does anyone have any experience with the 557? I like how the buttons are on the side because i wanna do a magnifier. i was wondering how accurate the multi dot "pre sighted" reticles are. Im thinking different grains with different velocities throw it off any. Of course it will be sighted and shot with one kind of ammo i dont know how i feel about the set up. Its going to be mounted on my
RRA Tac Entry AR in 5.56/.223 The concept is great, but if anyone knows a thing or two about the 557 help me out please. THANKS

The dot setting are for Mil standard loads.
If you handload, the dots are just references. They are not all where your bullet will fall.
You can sight in for one of them, but then all the others will be a little off.
