Enforcer for M1 Carbine?

Does anyone have data for Ramshot Enforcer in .30 Carbine with 110gr bullets? My Ramshot pamphlet doesn't show data for this cartridge. I hope this is an appropriate powder and not too fast. If it won't work, I'll have to add H110 or W296 to my inventory.

I've sent an inquiry to Ramshot, but haven't received a response. (But it's only been one day since my inquiry.)

Sorry, can't help with your Enforcer. But if you find you need another powder, might I suggest Alliant 2400?

H110/W296 is a very good powder for this round and will likely give top velocities... but may require a magnum primer. If you are like me, magnum primers aren't welcome at my bench. 2400 works very, very well in the .30 Carb, and no need for magnum primers.

I have not used enforcer, but h110 is my standard powder for the 30 carbine. I thought the original name was for Hodgdons 110 grn powder, hence H110 for 30 carbine. It might give you a hint what you should be using.

I have used H110 with various brands of non-magnum primers and they all worked fine.

Thanks guys. I can't find data for AA#9 either except for a range mentioned online at Steve's Reloading Pages. Looks like I'll be adding H110 or W296 to my inventory. A small rifle primer should light it off okay.

Sorry about resurrecting an old thread, but I ran across it in a search and thought I'd go ahead and update it while I'm here.

I emailed Western about load data for .30 Carbine with Enforcer and here's their reply:

Thank you for your interest in Western Powders, Inc., "Ramshot" line of smokeless powders.

Ramshot "Enforcer" will work extremely well in your 30 Carbine due to the fact that is the caliber the powder was originally developed for. We have the following loads.

100 grain Jacketed RN

Start Load: 12.5 grains - 1850 fps @ 24,500 psi
Max. Load: 14.8 grains - 2150 fps @ 39,900 psi

C.O.A.L. 1.680"

110 grain Jacketed RN

Start Load: 11.5 grains - 1740 fps @ 25,100 psi
Max. Load: 13.6 grains - 2000 fps @ 39,400 psi

C.O.A.L. 1.680"

115 grain lead cast

Start Load: 11.2 grains -1730 fps @ 24,000 psi
Max. Load: 13.4 grains - 1980 fps @ 39,000 psi

C.O.A.L. 1.680"

I hope this answers your questions.
