Are you kidding? Emotion is what most of politics is based on. Now to try to get this gun related, how do we get educated people involved in the gun law legislating process? I am sure NRA will try to get involved, but they are the bad guys in the eyes of many. Who else can and would offer up educated advice and have any influence?
Note: I use the word legislating instead of law making because all too often our politicians forget that they can do away with bad laws instead of only making new ones.
