I have experimented with 9mm in the 115, 121, and 124 grain bullets. This is what I shoot in PPC, so accuracy is paramount.
I think the Federal Match 9mm I have seen is 124 gr.
FWIW, here is what I loaded, all with Titegroup:
115 gr., 3.8 to 4.0 grains
121 gr., 3.6 grains
124 gr., 4.2 grains
All of these rounds do their part if I do mine. I have not chronyed them as I do not have that meter. However, the recoil is not bad, although the 121 grain load is a bit light, and easy to limp wrist in rapid fire. On that same note, I might lessen the charge on the 124 grain by .2 grains, but it still works real well.
The 115 is what I have shot most of the season, and it recoils nice and light and holds the 25 yard line.
