DPMS AR15 in .22 LR OK for california sales?

as far as i understand as long as its a rimfire its ok. does anyone know for sure on this one? lowers are interchangable with .223 uppers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The lower is the firearm and it would have a detachable mag and pistol grip so it is out in CA. The upper is ok but no lower. IIRC this has been ruled on by the CAAG. And I think anything Bushmaster is out by name as well. The law mentions centerfire but also rules by name and feature. The FAB10 is not banned because of no features and the name is not on the list it can be fitted out with otherwise preban parts.
