does anybody make a hip-grip or clip-draw device for the Sig 239?

A clip draw on a DA/SA auto pistol with no active safety and a reputation for smooth, light trigger DA pull? Perhaps there is a reason that they don't exist.
Note that the manufacturer suggests condition 3 carry of 1911 and glock autopistols using the clip draw. I don't know about a C&L 1911 or fairly stock DA revolver, but I don't think I'd carry a Glock or Sig shoved in my waistband, trigger unshielded. Holster yes, pocket, maybe. Mexican? Not unless I need both hands in an absolute emergency and had no holster or pocket. Ckipdraw with a safe-t-block. That's a maybe, but your out of luck for the Sig on that one.

I think you are being to kind to the Sig's DA trigger. It definitely doesnt meet my definition of light.

It is about as heavy as a DA revolver trigger pull. I have no problems carrying DA revolvers Mexican style, with a hip grip, and would have no problem doing it with a Sig, either.
